More specifically, we offer to support companies that plan to make this step with our innovation programs, which help them define an engagement strategy tailored to their own needs. Finding the best engagement strategy for your company happens in the context of our “Innovation Program”, which is split up into three independent but combinable modules: Exploration, Engagement, and Intrapreneurship. In the following, we will further explain the functions and benefits from each of these modules.
- Exploration Module
The goal of this module is for your company to gain first insights into the workings of the Silicon Valley, to explore opportunities, identify trends, define engagement strategies and connect with interesting contacts, generating valuable new connections. It was designed specifically for individuals or small business teams who want to know what Silicon Valley is all about, what opportunities it offers, and how to leverage it effectively to help the business succeed. The program runs for a minimum of three months and provides a mix of classroom sessions, workshops, and more activities, specifically developed and organized for the client partner.
- Engagement Module
The goal of this module is to implement and execute a successful engagement strategy with the Silicon Valley and helping you turn from a bystander to a valuable contributor to the ecosystem, forming valuable partnerships for your company. It has been developed for companies that have decided to continuously engage with the Silicon Valley ecosystem. Our team will help you get started as quickly as possible and implement your own strategy. The Engagement Module runs for a minimum of six months and can be booked independently or subsequent to the successful completion of the Exploration Module.
- Intrapreneurship Module
The goal of this module is to develop new and disruptive ideas and business models, as well as to iterate, pivot, kill or launch your project within your organization or spin it off. It is aimed at companies with a clear product idea or the goal of building a team without being tied to existing corporate structures. In this module, your team learns all the techniques and methods required for a classic SV startup through intensive mentoring. The Intrapreneurship module runs for a minimum of three months.
